I help to hold that weight of anxiety, trauma, depression, and relational conflict and encourage self acceptance. I am a former First Responder, who has experience in working through trauma and creating a stronger resiliency. Everyday we walk through life with all the aspirations and hopes of what we want to achieve. We walk down this path, and are faced with many kinds of obstacles that make themselves known only after we least expect them. This can dim our internal light, and create waves of sadness, anger, fear/anxiety, trauma, and depression. Taking the first step by calling a therapist can be a hard step to accomplish, but one of the most rewarding. Give me a call today and let's start your journey.

Hi, I’m Laine Johnson, and I’m passionate about helping adolescents and young adults navigate their mental health journeys. I have experience working as a therapist in school-based settings, where I specialize in addressing issues like anxiety, depression, and the unique challenges students face today. Over the past year, I’ve worked at Wellness Together, providing support to high school students, and I’m especially passionate about creating safe, affirming spaces for the LGBTQ+ community.

I deeply value the healing journey I get to take with each of my clients and strive to provide a safe, empathetic environment where they can feel comfortable exploring their challenges. My approach is client-centered and integrative, drawing on evidence-based practices like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) to help clients build coping skills and resilience. I believe that the heart of therapy lies in a collaborative, trusting relationship, and I’m dedicated to walking alongside my clients as they find their own path toward healing and growth.

In my spare time, I enjoy reading, playing video games, and spending time outdoors doing all types of hands-on work. Whether I’m exploring new stories, diving into games, or working outside, I always find ways to stay active and engaged in the world around me
