Job Title: Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT)
Location: Hybrid - Murrieta, CA, and Orange County, CA

Our clinical approach is centered around care, focusing on supporting our clients through various challenges with empathy and professionalism. We are looking for passionate AMFTs to join our team in our Murrieta and Orange County locations, with a flexible hybrid work model that includes remote and in-office work.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide individual, couples, and family sessions to clients.
Conducted intake assessments and developed personalized treatment plans.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Participate in regular supervision and team meetings.
Stay updated on best practices and advancements in the field of therapy.
Collaborate with other mental health professionals and community resources.
Adhere to legal and ethical standards of practice.
Required Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
Active registration as an AMFT or ASW with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS).
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a clinical setting.
Strong understanding of therapeutic principles and techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly desirable.
Experience with teletherapy platforms.
Specialized training in trauma, CBT, DBT, EMDR, or child therapy.
Knowledge of local community resources.
